Delete your Terra account

You can permanently delete your TerraGeo account and all of its data at any time, from the app or from the web.

Delete it yourself (instant)

Open the Terra app on iPhone or Android, or sign in at terrageo.org.
Go to Settings (the gear icon) and tap your account at the top.
Tap Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete forever.

Or ask us to do it

If you can't sign in, email owen@terrageo.org from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Terra account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account, including your email address and password
Your profile and username
Every game result, streak, stat, XP and rank, and quiz personal best
Your friends list, and your entry on your friends' lists
Your places on the all-time, weekly and quarterly leaderboards

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. We keep no copies afterwards. See the privacy policy for details.
